Program

Welcome to Ms. Ruby's In-Home Montessori School, nestled in the safe city of Irvine, offering an open floor plan for our students. We bundle in meditation + yoga practice into our student’s day. This is to make sure their brains are well rested and equipped with enough space to take on Montessori activities. Ms. Ruby's program offers a year-round physical education program. During the summer months, we offer a swimming program with a certified instructor.

We offer children a caring and warm environment that’s just like home. We are in tandem with the Montessori Method, with a plethora of activities to help promote self-confidence, develop initiative, encourage a positive attitude to learning, and build a strong foundation for future growth.

We are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mondays - Fridays. Hello, I am Ms. Ruby! I opened my doors in 2008 and my philosophy is to empower children of all different backgrounds to be confident of who they are and to "be the change they want to see in the world" (Gandhi).

I am an experienced care provider with 10+ years of experience, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of education and care for my students. With my certifications in First Aid, CPR, Early Childhood Education, and Montessori Instruction, I balance safety, education, and fun, to equip children with the tools they need to thrive and achieve a bright and happy future.

Ms. Ruby's Montessori is an in-home Montessori School created to encourage curiosity and learning in a clean space. Our school is located in a family-oriented neighborhood with a park, basketball court, and swimming pool. The entire first floor of my home is converted into a school with a plethora of actives for my students with allocated areas for: mathematics, sensorial learning, botany, language and practical life.

With a bright environment, open windows, and an extended outdoor classroom, our students have the freedom to move in a clean, open space. We have an extended deck that serves as an outdoor classroom for our students to learn and do Montessori activities in fresh air.

When you visit Ms. Ruby's Montessori you will see flowers on low wooden tables, bright classrooms, no clutter, and a quiet, peaceful hum of engaged learning. The classrooms are designed for the children and to create an environment where they are their best selves.
