Dolly's Daycare helps children learn and develop by providing your child opportunities to develop their social skills, engage in large and small motor skills activities, pursue educational readiness, and participate in routines that will develop an active curiosity in an atmosphere where your child will feel at home.In order to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in our program, Dolly's Daycare utilizes Carol's Affordable Curriculum as the overalll umbrella philology of interaction, and the other resources such as Carol's Affordable Curriculum, materialas and crafts purchased at JoAnn's, Michael's, and WalMart, and ideas downloaded from websites. Free style creative items are also presented on a regular basis for individual creations. Our program is unique because we offer a safe home atmosphere in which the children and I are together on one level, interacting at all times to encourage learning and growth. We have a very structured day with free play, coloring, dancing, story time, preschool craft and learning programs, outside play at 10 and 4, and activities and routines that promote preschool readiness.The home is located on a dead end street and is safe and quiet. We allow flexible scheduling and design contracts around parent needs and participate in a food program, which means there are guidelines to follow requiring balanced meals and snacks.I meet all the annual required training, including CPR, first aid, Shaken Baby, SIDS, child development, nutrition, and environment issues.
