Teachers As an educator, I believe relationships come first. I take time to know each child—their personality, interests, routines, and what helps them feel comfortable and secure. During the day, I create opportunities for outdoor play, exploration, creativity, and child-led learning. For children staying into the evening or overnight, the rhythm becomes quieter and more familiar, with attention given to each child’s established routines, comfort, rest, and sense of security. My goal is for children to feel known and cared for whether they are spending a few daytime hours with us or staying while their parent works an evening or night shift.
