Dawn's Daycare

Dawn's Daycare helps children learn by providing a fun, clean, loving, nurturing, affordable, high quality and developmentally appropriate environment for infant, toddler, preschool and school age children in a home environment. My focus is to provide a stimulating and educational experience which promotes each child's individual pattern and timing of social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. I currently use the play based approach to learning opportunities.I encourage open communication with all of my families, ensuring each child receives the best care while in my environment. I will be encouraging social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth. I teach the child to relate to others, to value friendship and to respect all people. I assist each child while learning to develop self-discipline and independence and to deal with his or her emotions in an appropriate manner. I provide nutritious snacks and meals that contribute to the growth and development of a happy, healthy individual.

Dawn's Daycare provides childcare for families living in the Waconia area. Children engage in play-based, educational activities to help them achieve important milestones.
