Baquiax Family Child Care provides childcare for families living in Los Angeles, Mid-city area and surrounding. Children engage in play-based, educational activities to help them achieve important milestones. The facility is a home based daycare which fosters the development of social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language skills in a safe, caring environment and child development appropriate activities .
We open 6 days weekly because we know that not all parents and guardians have standard working hours, so we work with your schedule. We offer part time and full time enrollment to help families balance their needs while fostering development and educational aspects in a nourish environment for children.

María Baquiax has been caring for children for the past 26 years.
I worked as a nanny providing care for children in their homes, seven years prior to opening my facility.
I completed 12 units of Early Childhood Education at Pacific Oaks College. I obtained my Associate Preschool Teacher Permit in 2008.
I continued my education at East Los Angeles Community College where I completed 34 units more in Child Development and General Courses towards to obtain my Site Supervisor Permit.
