At Carrolls Learning Angels, we believe that the people caring for your child are one of the most important parts of choosing a childcare program. Our program is led by an experienced childcare provider with over 20 years of experience working with children and families and a bachelor’s degree. Our background in early childhood education and continued professional development helps us provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children at every stage of their growth.
Our teachers and caregivers understand that every child is unique. We take time to learn each child’s personality, interests, developmental needs, routines, and learning style. Because we are a family childcare program, we are able to provide a smaller, home-like setting with more individualized attention and meaningful relationships between children, teachers, and families.
Our team focuses on supporting the whole child, including social-emotional development, communication and language, cognitive development, physical development, creativity, independence, confidence, and early academic skills. We use play, exploration, conversations, books, music, movement, art, sensory experiences, and hands-on activities to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
We also understand the importance of consistency and communication. We work closely with parents and believe families are an essential part of their child’s learning and development. Parents can feel comfortable communicating with us about their child’s routines, accomplishments, developmental progress, and individual needs.
Our staff is also prepared to provide the nurturing care and consistent routines children need during our 2nd-shift and late-night childcare hours. Evening care is designed to feel comfortable and peaceful, with appropriate activities, meals and snacks, quiet time, and bedtime routines based on each child’s schedule.
