My name is Nuvia, and caring for children has always been my passion. I’ve worked in the early childhood field for over 10 years, including nine years at a preschool in Berkeley, where I gained hands-on experience supporting children’s growth, learning, and emotional development.
After many years of working in childcare, I decided to follow my dream and open Gavia’s Childcare in my home, creating a warm and loving environment where little ones can feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
I am also currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, continuing to grow in this field so I can offer the best care and learning experiences for the children I work with.
I’m a mom myself—I have a sweet 1-year-old son—so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. I put my heart into what I do, and I’m grateful to be able to help children learn, explore, and feel at home every single day.
