Being a childcare provider is a highly important job with equally important responsibilities . It is not only my job to keep them safe, but also to nurture their talents and meet them at their developmental stages. I will continue to learn and grow as a provider so that I may bring the most current methods of child development best practices to my families.We use the 1-2-3 Curriculum to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in our programI strive to provide unique hands on learning environment by using traditional curriculum as well as pieces of Montessori and Waldorf education. Nature and outdoor play are also large pieces of our curriculum.
