The study of Lifespan Development shows us the experience of a child's early years stimulates future growth. Experience has proven a positive enriching beginning directly affects an individual's later success in life. We respect children as the individuals they are and have created an environment gladly welcoming reason, exploration question, and imagination. We respect each child's need for love, security, acceptance, and stimulation.
While in our care your child will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities such as, Mathematics, English, Active & Dramatic Play, Arts & Crafts, just to name a few; which will promote all aspect of development. We aim at creating a comfortable home like experience everyday for each of our students.
As far back as I can remember, I’ve wanted to work with kids. My first encounter working with kids was at the age of 7. Yes, 7, although the first two children I cared for were Barbies and our first Field Trip was to Taco Bell, it was then I realized my calling. The real test came when I turned 18 and landed my first job working with kids. From that moment I soaked up everything I could to prepare myself for a life changing adventure soon to come. Three years later, I was blessed with my daughter.
Forty-three years have passed since this life changing event and of those forty-three years; 32 years have been spent developing and introducing new services and programs to enhance the life of children which will allow them to grow by using their curiosity to learn and do more. Due to my attentiveness to the needs of all children; including those who are gifted, those with special needs, those who are 'At Risk,' and those who are Culturally Diverse; I received The Employee Excellence Award, The Seal of Approval Award and two awards from Torrance Unified School District for my involvement in The School to Career Program and the Vocational and Life Skills Development of Students in Special Education. I hold an A.A. in Liberal Arts, a Certificate in Child Development, a Diploma In Child Day Care Management, and am continuing my education in Child Development.
Education is held with high regards for our family. After maintaining a 3 year reign of class Valedictorian, Kei’ishi graduated high school with high honors. Since elementary, Kei’ishi has wanted to be a teacher. Kei'ishi feels teaching is the primary way of touching a child’s life. By educating children, we are providing them eternal tools no one can take from them. Kei'ishi inherited my caring, nurturing manner and passion for educating children.
Working with children since 2007, Ms. Kei’ishi has learned and developed group management and educational strategies enhancing the quality of care we provide. From that moment she began working with preschool students Ms. Kei’ishi fell in love with young minds and feels determined to love, care for, and educate tiny humans.
Her passion for teaching, her huge heart, and manner of putting others before herself makes her a wonderful role model for any child. Kei’ishi holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education and is continuing her education Child Development. Kei’ishi loves to crochet, draw, paint, and capture and create art through both performance and photography. Overall Kei’ishi is passionate about passing along the love of education, instilling confidence, and strengthening young children and contributing to the future of our community.

Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful community which includes features such as an attached, direct access garage, private balcony and only four homes are attached per building. Our home also have landscaping and walkways you’ll appreciate. There are lots of restaurant and parks within a 5-minute drive. We are surrounded by malls, shopping centers, family fun centers, and movie theaters. Our home is in the middle of elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools.
