At Castro Family Daycare, we are dedicated to establishing a relationship with both child and family. We believe children are more likely to succeed when they have a reliable support system. In addition, Castro Family Daycare understands early education is paramount to one's success; therefore, we encourage learning through play, song, and dance.
As a teen, I volunteered at a child daycare until I decided to open my own. I am CPR certified and a mandated reporter. In addition, I have certificates in Child Health and Safety, Preventing and Reducing the Risk of SIDS, and a certificate on How to Become a Trauma Competent Healing Parent.
Castro Family Daycare is located in a welcoming, beautiful single-family home in Bakersfield. We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests.
