My team and I work diligently to build trusting relationships with parents as much as we do with your children. Our primary goal is to offer your child a safe, loving, and nurturing space to learn and grow. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe and loved. We firmly view each child as an individual and respect their needs, culture, traditions, and personality. We have been in this business for almost a decade, and have recently remodeled our daycare in June 2022. We reopened in July 2022 and almost all the toys & furniture is brand new (purchased from Lakeshore) & are toxic free, age appropriate for each developmental stage. We pridefully provide unprocessed, (mostly organic)-fresh home cooked meals and snacks every day. We can’t wait to meet you and build a lasting relationship with your family!
I have always known that I wanted to work with children, I love working with children because it is rewarding to watch them grow and prosper over time and I’m very grateful to be able to contribute to their learning and development. I worked at LAUSD public school since 2010 before I opened Bright Childhood care. I knew I wanted to run my own daycare since I graduated from college. Kids are fun to work with, working with them makes me feel good about myself; it’s not stressful although it comes with enormous responsibility, it’s also a gratifying job. My prior experiences have shaped who I am as a daycare owner. I graduated from LACC; I have a certificate in child development, including infant and toddlers, children with special needs and, school-age children. I also have a California State Teacher Permit.
I have two teaching assistants, Hasmik and Lusine, who are very patient, kind, educated and professional with all the children.

Bright Childhood WeeCare is located on a middle class residential street. The block has both single family homes and apartments. All buildings are low rise. The day care is about 2 blocks from Children's Hospital, which is highly regarded.
Tuition must be paid monthly on the first of the month.
I pride myself in offering our children and families a clean and safe environment. I use my living room, dining room and front for the daycare. The children also have their own separate bathroom. There is plenty of space for the kids to play with toys of every kind, dollhouse’s, a kitchen area, puzzles, blocks, etc. I also have a designated quite-time area with library with a variety of books to read.
My name is Naira Sargsyan and I have been working in the childcare field for twenty years, ten of which has been spent operating my own childcare business. I have taken every Child Development class (infant-13 year old). I graduated with my honors and previously worked with LAUSD in early education centers as a substitute teaching assistant. My position became permanent in the CSPP (California State Preschool Program), I also worked in a Head Start Program for Para Los Niños. My passion for working with kids and teaching them remained the same and this is why I opened up my own childcare center.
