Caty’s House daycare is a place of relationship deeply rooted in developmentally appropriate practice. My daily routine prioritizes reading, singing, repetition and nutritious food. We are all about process and open ended exploration so pack a change of clothes.
Originally from West Marin, I graduated from Humboldt State University with my Bachelor’s in Child Development with an emphasis on early childhood development. After graduating I spent time teaching English in south east Asia before returning home to teach preschool at the Fairfax San Anselmo Children Center then moving to the Ross Valley Nursery School in Kentfield where I would remain for ten years. After having my own two daughters I made the big decision to open my own! Since Aug 2022 I have prided myself on the care and experience I provide not only my children, but yours. Running my daycare is so fun, I see my self continuing for the next 30 years!
At Caty’s House Daycare, our home daycare is designed for play, creativity, and learning! Within the space, we have a backyard, a nap room, an art area, and a reading area to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.
We are located in a quiet Rohnert Park neighborhood just around the corner from a park and an elementary school. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking and accessible freeways.
