Allison's Little Hands Learning Center halps children learn and develop by first ensuring each child knows they are going to be cared for and loved, even when they make mistakes. After this, they have the confidence to break out on their own to explore and learn. I create a space for kids to learn by providing educational toys and games, encouraging use of imagination and letting them lead their learning process, but with a guiding hand; always asking questions and listening to what they have to say.Our program is unique because we take the time to make each day special. I do not consider my daycare just a paycheck, but an important and special career that allows me to have a positive impact on these kids and create lasting memories with them. We often do things outside of daycare just to spend fun time together, like big kid sleepovers, all day field trips and parties for the parents to come after daycare is over.
