Ive been a nanny for around 2 years, and before then I have babysat numerous times. I have cared for up to 5 kids at the same time by myself, keeping them all safe and entertained. The oldest(7) has severe ADHD and struggles with listening and following respectful directions, but I took my time on working on his behavior with him. Throughout the day, I would prepare their lunches, take them on adventurous walks, create fun games, and let them have a "down time" along with snacks.
