Launched in 2023, Upwards' Boost program is a 12-month microenterprise assistance and workforce development initiative. Implemented in collaboration with municipal and county partners across more than 30 jurisdictions in 7 states, Boost pairs personalized business coaching, digital tools, curriculum support, and hiring assistance to help licensed family child care homes survive, grow, and strengthen local economies.
