Hello, we have great news. We are opened Friday from 7:30AM-1:30PM. One more fun day. Also, we are going to add a Natural Explore outside classroom where you child will keep explore play and learning. We are welcome every child who wants to learn Spanish and English. They will get ready for Kindergarten.

PRESCHOOL PARENTING TIP: Big Feelings Need Big Support

Have you ever wondered why your preschooler can go from completely happy to having a meltdown over something that seems so small? 😩

A missing snack. The wrong cup. Putting on shoes. Leaving the playground.

To us, it may seem like a little thing, but to a preschooler, that feeling can be HUGE.

🧠 Preschoolers are still developing the ability to:
• Manage strong emotions
• Use words when they're frustrated
• Wait and be patient
• Handle disappointment
• Calm themselves down

Instead of immediately saying, “Stop crying” or “You're okay,” try helping them name what they're feeling:

💬 “You're really upset because we have to leave the park.”

Then set the boundary:

💬 “It's okay to be mad. It's not okay to hit.”

And finally, help them regulate:

🤗 “I'm right here. Let's take some deep breaths together.”

✨ Remember: You don't have to stop every big emotion. Your job is to help your child learn how to move through it.
