I’m a Pasadena mommy needing ideas for weekend activities in Pasadena! My daughters are 3 and 5 years old. I feel like the little one is finally big enough to do more things with her sister. Any ideas for us?

The Kidspace Museum is a ton of fun! There’s so much to do! They have indoor and outdoor activities, climbing, gardens, a little pond/waterfall, and tricycles for your kids to ride! I can’t even describe all of it. My kids love it, though. It’s basically our default weekend activity when I can’t think of anything else. They have food there, too, so you don’t need to bring much. 0 LikesLinda posted July 15, 2019
The Southern California Children’s Museum is in Pasadena. If your kids are too young for Kidspace then the SoCal Children’s Museum might be better. It’s all indoors and made specifically for toddlers. Perfect for a day when it’s raining or too hot to be outside! They throw fun events pretty often, too. 0 LikesKatarina posted July 16, 2019
Vroman’s Bookstore has a wonderful children's section! They also have parent/child book clubs, story times and meet and greets with book authors. A nice time indoors when it gets a little too hot outside during the summer. There's also a coffee shop next door and a pizza place in case the family gets hungry. 0 LikesMaureen posted July 16, 2019
On my list of things to do this summer with my daughter is visit The Eaton Canyon Nature Center. They have hiking trails, animals, plants, geology, history of the canyon, ecology, and docent-guided tours. They also have picnic areas. Check out their Family Fun Saturday schedule! 0 Likes
