I chose to become a nanny because I love working with children. Growing up, my step-father had brought 6 kids into my home. The youngest was 8 months at the time and the oldest was 14. I have always enjoyed the company of children since I was little myself. I was responsible for watching and taking care of my siblings while my parents worked. I am able to assist with homework help, running errands, pick up/drop off, laundry, light housekeeping and more. I have had training in CPR and Heimlich maneuver. My passion has grown for child care over the years. I believe being a nanny is a very rewarding career path. Exploring the interests of a child, playing with them, helping them grow, and finding a balance brings enthusiasm to my day.
