I've had significant experience over the past 7 years with childcare informally watching the children of my friends and family members. I'm inherently an engaging, enthusiastic, and nurturing person which has always helped me to connect and relate to children, and them to me.
My informal experience mainly lies with my nephew (6 years old) who I have watched consistently since he was a toddler. As well as many young cousins who I have watched from the time I was 13. I have experience watching many children at once, overnighters, homework help, as well as your usually cleaning up after and cooking for them. I'm super engaging and love to play!
Not only do I love children but I also know they are the most important part of life, for everyone, not just their parents. The quality of their care as they grow plays such an important role in, not only their health and development but how awesome of an adult/community member they'll grow into!
