Ongoing care needed for my preschooler! Open to a babysitter or nanny near St. Paul, MN (55116).

I’m looking for a reliable, friendly caregiver to help either mornings or evenings (usually not both).
Mornings (Wed–Fri, 5:00–7:15 a.m.): Help the kids wake up, get ready, and walk them to the bus stop (or occasionally drive/take an Uber to school).
Evenings (approx. 5:30–9:00 p.m.): Pick up my 8-year-old from school, bring him home, and stay with him until I return.
I also have a very independent 14-year-old who may occasionally need help with transportation.
Schedule varies week to week (1–3 days)
