I need a kind and helpful person to come in and help manage our crazy schedule. I have 4 kids ages 11, 9, 6, and 4 and am currently solo parenting while working from home. This position would primarily be working with my two kiddos with special needs (11yr old and 4yr old) but may occasionally help with others too. 11yr old uses a wheelchair, is non verbal, and loves music. 4yr old is developmentally around 2.5yrs and gives amazing hugs.

I especially need help Wednesdays and Thursdays (appx 11:45-8) as multiple kids need to be in different places at the same time. Availability on Saturday mornings and flexibility for other irregular schedule conflicts would be an added bonus but not a deal breaker.

Willing to learn, excellent driving record, Christian, playful, organized, can set boundaries kindly but firmly
