Seeking Nanny for two and four year old.

I am looking for someone that can come Mondays and Wednesdays each week for my two and a half and four year old. Pay range is $20-25/ hr.
Ideally we would like someone that could stay on for the next couple years and could help with drop off and pick up for kindergarten next year.
