Support local families Our son will be 3 months old when we start needing caregiver help. We are looking for someone very experienced and comfortable with infant care, who will both mentally stimulate and lovingly care for our baby. Ideally our caregiver is someone looking for a long-term relationship with a family, as there is potential to add our toddler daughter (22 months) to the scope of job if we find the right fit. Additionally we are looking for a caregiver who is dependable, on-time, and has proactive and upfront communication skills. Preferably CPR and first aid certified. Regarding nanny options, I work from home, so I will be available in the house if needed for any questions and to breastfeed.
