Hello! I have a wonderful 2-year-old daughter I’m looking for care for. Her current daycare situation is becoming.. concerning. Need to keep the price similar to what I’m currently paying (her dad passed away when she was 4 weeks old so we’re a single-income household; she receives monthly social security death benefits which add to our “household income,” disqualifying us from ANY govt assistance, & her death benefits are literally taxed at 40%). I have different summer hours than the rest of the year. Memorial Day thru Labor Day (roughly) I work 9-6. The rest of the year I’m 8-5. I have every Thursday off, but would ideally have childcare in the afternoons so I can run errands/schedule any personal appointments. Every Saturday, no matter the time of year, I work 10-4. It’s NOT a deal-breaker if you can’t watch her until 615/630 or on Saturdays! My mom (her grandma) currently helps with pickups during my summer hours & watches her on Saturdays, so it wouldn’t be a problem if we had to continue with that routine. Im very flexible but as a single mom need some flexibility in return. Please reach out if this is in your wheelhouse!!!
