Support local families Seeking a nanny in West Des Moines for one child. We have a five year old boy who is currently in a center. We feel he would be better suited for more individualized care and seek a nanny three times a week for eight to nine hours a day. We want to provide our son with structured activities and learning throughout the day. We also prefer someone with reliable transportation.
