Non-Smoker: Our household is strictly non-smoking. Pet Friendly: We have cats. They can be kept away if necessary, but comfort around pets is a plus. Flexibility: We are currently in a compact living situation but have plans to move within the year. Someone adaptable and understanding of this temporary setup would be ideal.
