I had back surgery last week.
I need help around the house. Cooking / weekly meal prep. Basic cleaning. Picking up grocery and other orders. Rides to/from Dr and PT appts. Taking sheets off of bed and putting them back on when they are clean. Etc. things I am not able to do at this stage of recovery
