I need to have this available to reach out to someone if needed so that my employer doesn't get upset at me for having to stay home with my baby. Uriah is in potty training bringing/inviting him to the toilet rather than asking, he will sit on it cooperatively. He enjoys exploring enough to help lead into his naptime. I had a crazy experience when I needed someone to care for my son and another provider was very rigid not wanting any feedback anymore on what we already went over about simply wanting a brief report how our baby's overall day went.
