Welcome to Start Smart Academy! We offer children a nurturing and loving environment that’s just like home. At our home daycare, our goal is to help children learn important social, emotional, behavioral and academic skills. We focus on a variety of Faith-based, Project-based, Developmental Play-based and the New Jersey curriculum. Aligned with activities to offer a diverse education which fosters a love of learning. Our programs offers a wide variety of ages from 12 months to 5 years old for our preschool and 5 years old up until 12 years old for our after school program. We look forward to hearing from you! Location

At Start Smart Academy, our home daycare is designed for fun, discovery, and learning! Within the space, we have a backyard, a nap room, an art area, and a reading area to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.

We are located in a quiet and safe Maplewood neighborhood just around the corner from Dehart Park and an elementary school. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking and accessible freeways.
