Kids are blessings! I started this business because I love kids; they are amazing just as they are. Kids learn from adults; however, we also learn from them. In the past I taught at an elementary after-school program. The reason I started my childcare is because being around children is when I am the happiest -- they bring me so much joy! I don't think of this as a job; it's what I enjoy doing most on a daily basis.
