With over five years of professional childcare experience and a lifelong passion for working with children, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow.

My journey began as a math tutor, where I spent the first three years working with elementary school students before advancing to middle school students for the next two years. Tutoring taught me that every child learns differently, and I loved finding creative ways to help each student build confidence and succeed academically.

In addition to tutoring, I worked for three years in a childcare setting with young children, where I gained hands-on experience supporting early childhood development through play, structure, creativity, and positive guidance.

I also have experience coaching and training youth basketball for children and teens. Coaching taught me that working with kids goes far beyond sports it’s about building confidence, teaching teamwork, encouraging discipline, and helping children learn how to navigate challenges in healthy and positive ways.

I truly believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and understood. My goal is to help children grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially as well through fun, engaging activities like arts and crafts, theater, sports, teamwork, and creative learning experiences.
