Program Little Steps Daycare offers full-time and part-time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 3 months through 6 years. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our positive, play-based approach makes learning enjoyable through developmental play and hands-on projects that encourage children’s curiosity and growth. We provide meals and support potty training as children are ready. Families can also benefit from affordable rates, no registration fee, and our acceptance of government subsidies. With space for up to six children, we create a caring, safe environment where each child can learn and develop at their own pace.
With 35 years of childcare experience, I bring a caring and positive approach to every day at Little Steps Daycare. I believe children learn best when learning is enjoyable, so I encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play and meaningful activities. I provide care in English for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a small-group setting of up to six children. My training includes CPR and first aid, and I am committed to maintaining a safe, attentive environment for every child. Families can expect dependable weekday care from a licensed provider who values children’s well-being, development, and happiness.
Location Little Steps Daycare is a licensed, insured childcare program located in a welcoming single-family home in Meridian, Idaho. Our home setting provides a comfortable environment for a small group of up to six children, with care available for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We have no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Two family dogs, an eight-year-old Saint Bernard and a four-year-old Great Dane, are calm and gentle and stay in their own playroom during daycare hours. Families can feel confident knowing children are cared for in a safe, personal home environment where their daily experiences can be attentive and nurturing.
