Little Oaks Play School Daycare is a safe and warm environment where your child can learn and grow. At our home daycare, we focus on teaching children social, emotional, and behavioral skills to ensure your child's development. We focus on a variety of Montessori Inspired, Reggio Emilia Inspired, and Waldorf Inspired activities to promote an environment of learning and curiosity. We know that schedules vary, and we have options for part-time and full-time packages. We provide all needed supplies included in the total monthly tuition cost, including: food; milk; diapers and wipes; bedding; and outdoor gear. We can't wait to meet you! Michelle has over twenty years’ experience in child care, including over fifteen as a professional nanny and several years running a summer day camp in Berkeley, CA. Over this time, she has become knowledgeable about many of the prominent child care philosophies, including Montessori, Waldorf, and RIE. With this background, Michelle has crafted a unique program that draws on the best best qualities from each of these approaches for Little Oaks Play School.

When not taking care of little people, she enjoys reading, artistic pursuits, and spending time with her husband, Jim, and their two fuzzy felines, Buddy and Garrison.
