I have my CDA for Infants & Toddlers and Master's in Business Administration. I believe each child is unique, who need safe and secure environment to grow with physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. I trust nutritious food is the foundation of lifelong healthy. I engage Children in both individual and social play, participate in small- and large-group activities, assist with cleanup, socialize during meals, develop self-care skills, and exercise their small and large muscles.I play alongside of children and communicate with them both verbally and non-verbally to encourage learning through play. I use and teach basic ASL for younger ones. Families and provider should maintain open, honest and consistent communication to best meet the children's needs and to help child feel comfortable and secure.
