Upwards’ FCCHEN provides full-service support, not just payment processing. It includes ongoing coaching, monthly check-ins, dedicated care specialists, and proactive family engagement. The program helps providers meet quality standards like FCCERS and streamlines communication to reduce delays in payment or eligibility processing.
Our network consists of licensed and vetted family child care providers who meet high standards of care and participate in ongoing professional development.
Providers receive training, mentorship, quality assessment support (DRDP and FCCERS), and assistance with business operations.
