Today marks a very special moment in WeeCare’s story. We are introducing our new identity: Upwards!

In the year 2017, we embarked on a mission to make quality childcare accessible to all families, regardless of their circumstances.

Over the past six years, our team has diligently built the most loved childcare network in America, extending support to every neighborhood in the nation. We’ve worked hard to redefine the landscape of childcare subsidies, simplifying the process for families in need. We’ve been able to provide hundreds of thousands of families with employer-sponsored childcare benefits. We are honored to support U.S. Army families by providing top-notch childcare that empowers them to fulfill their service commitments.

In fact, we’ve become a pioneer in leveraging technology to empower everyone involved in solving the childcare crisis.

When I speak of “everyone,” I think of the real faces behind these stories:

• A U.S. Army Reservist in Iowa, now assured that his child is in safe hands during his weekend drill training, thanks to our partnership with the U.S. Army, providing peace of mind to his whole family.
• A mother in Tennessee, empowered to return to work post-pandemic, securing quality childcare through her employer’s partnership with us, along with a valuable care tuition stipend.
• An HR team at a grocery chain, taking pride in supporting their employees with accessible childcare benefits, resulting in a 30% increase in employee retention.
