Profile
Hi, I’m Victoria Ramirez-Rennard, and I believe I’d be a great babysitter or nanny for your family. I’ve been caring for children since 2012, from infants to school-aged kids. I plan engaging activities like coloring and reading, help with homework, and always prioritize safety and positive behavior. I create a calm, nurturing environment that helps kids feel secure and supported. I’m also studying Early Childhood Education in college, so I understand how important structure, learning, and emotional support are in a child’s development. I’m dependable, patient, and truly love working with children—I treat them with the same care and attention I’d want someone to give my own family.

What I Like:
I've realized I really enjoy helping others, especially when it comes to taking care of kids. All of my babysitting experience had been with my family's children, and I've found it rewarding to spend time with them, help with homework, and make sure they feel safe a...Read morend supported. I also like working in the cafeteria assistant in high school because it gave me a chance to be part of a team, interact with people, and keep things organized. I like feeling useful and being in a role where I can make someone's day a little better.
What I Want to Improve:
One thing I'm currently working on is improving my cooking skills. Right now, I'm confident when it comes to breakfast, shakes, and simple things like sandwiches for lunch. But I want to learn how to cook more complete meals, especially for lunch and dinner, so I can be more independent and helpful when taking care of others.
Challenges I Might Face:
A challenge I've face especially while babysitting id dealing with misbehavior that can get frustrating. Since it's always been with family, sometimes the kids don't take me seriously or ignore what I say. It's hard not to get overwhelmed in those moments, especially when they don't listen or act out. I'm working on staying calm, being firm without losing patience, and finding ways to manage tough situations in a positive way.
