I've been babysitting regularly for various families since I was 12 years old. I also grew up in the church and was the nursery and toddler room teacher for some years. I nannied for a family for the first three-four years of their child's life, until they moved away and I could no longer be of service.
Recently, I worked as an assistant daycare teacher for LoveWorks in Vermont for nearly a year. At this job, I was mainly in the 18 month old classroom, however I was one of the only teachers willing to substitute, so technically I was a "float" teacher and often helped on other classrooms; we had ages 3 months up to 5 years old. I have experience in all classrooms. I am still in contact with a lot of the parents I have worked with and can give references! I love working with kids and kids seem to love me too! I do work part time right now, but I have flexible hours.
