I've been a pediatric nursing assistant for about a year and have had the pleasure of being welcomed at several facilities throughout Las Vegas to care for children ranging in age from 0 to 19. My passion for children by supporting and caring for them, began when I was assigned to care for children with physical and psychological disabilities in a NeuroRestorative center. My responsibility as a CNA is to ensure the safety and quality care of my patients by ensuring that they are fed, vital signs are monitored, they are showered, the older children are ready for school, and children receive special treatment when their needs change. I've also provided overnight care for newborns with respiratory issues and brain disabilities under the supervision of an LPN or RN. My goal is to help children attain their full potential by providing them with a caring and supportive environment at home.
