Profile Working at a highly accredited child development center ages 6 months-5 years for multiple years, I was able to gain the knowledge, patience, and skills to be a positive influence on children. Working in this field has been incredibly fulfilling and made me realize I love being able to be someone children trust and look up to.
I was previously employed at Ben and Maxine Miller Child Development Laboratory Center on Purdue University's campus for roughly two years. I ended my work there this past fall which means I just renewed all of the early childhood certifications required for the licensing there. I also spent a year working for an afterschool program put on by the YMCA. These years of experience have allowed me to work with children ranging from 6 months-12 years.
