Profile I’ve been taking care of kids for around 5 (I’m 19) starting with watching my younger brother for a little bit every once in awhile then moving into babysitting for other parents including a 3 year old boy who I’d watch a couple days a week or whenever I was needed to and a older kid around 11-12 years old. I then got my job at the Golden Community center starting in the daycare taking care of younger kiddos while their parents did activities around the community center. My second year at the community center I became a day camp aide in the summer camp working with 5-12 year olds for 2 years, then this summer I was promoted to a day camp lead where I was helping in the preschool as well which meant I was working with kiddos 1-12 typically with 15-20 kids at a time (with another counselor as well) and I continue ti work at the community center in the camp any chance I can get! I love being around kids and playing with them! I’m also amazing with pets as I have 11 pets, I’ve done house sitting and pet sitting!
I don’t have any college degrees for child care but I have all the proper training certifications to work in a childcare facility
