My name is Karlie Russo. I am currently a Staff Accountant for Boyd Gaming. I am looking to fill up some of my free time to babysit part time.

About me:
I am 25 years old and graduated from UNR in 2019 with an Accounting and Information Systems Degrees. I am fun loving and very creative. Since my work is very meticulous, I find myself needing a creative outlet. I love children and thought baby-sitting would be a great opportunity to make extra money and tap in with my creative and silly side.

I babysat for an agency my last year of college in Lake Tahoe. I absolutely loved it. I love helping families and getting to meet many little ones along the way. The agency I worked for was a vacation agency mostly, so I did not have the same clients more than once most of the time. I am open to this line of work, but I am also open to a steadier schedule with one family.

I have babysat for groups as large as 10 and from all ages (3 months-14 years old). Because I worked for this agency in the past, I was exposed to so many different age groups and gained very valuable experience from each job. My priority is always to keep the kiddos safe & I like to have a fun time doing it!
