Hello! I am Courtney, I am 28 years old, and I currently live in Amarillo, Texas. The past 3 years, I have been working for Texas public schools ranging from Junior High to High School. I have experience in teaching 8th grade U.S. History and Junior High/High School Special Education. In addition, I have experience coaching girl’s from 6th grade to 12th grade in a variety of sports (basketball, volleyball, track, and softball). In addition, I have experience as a camp counselor for WTAMU girl's basketball camps from 06/2013-08/2016 where I worked with ages ranging from 3rd - 12th grade.
I graduated with my M.S. in Sports & Exercise Science in May of 2019, as well as graduated with my B.S. in General Studies in December 2016 from WTAMU.
My passion as an educator & coach derives from the desire to motivate, encourage, & teach kids to always give their best effort and give their full potential, no matter what. I am willing to assist your kids with homework, additional tutoring, exercising, or whatever they need.
