Profile My passion is for child care and care of others all together. I’ve always dreamed of possibly running or working at a child care facility, however life has been a bit different. Out of school I joined HGTC and was enrolled in the 2 year associate degree for applied science where I obtained my EMT and soon after my certification I began work with EMS. I was employed there for 6 1/2 years and enjoyed helping the community. However I still had the desire to work with children and would watch my young cousins and other close friend’s children while off work. Since leaving EMS I began a job as a saw filer for a lumber company and have been employed in this career ever since. It is still on my heart to be help family’s and care for children. I am at a point now that I’m beginning to not be able to keep up with the high demands of my saw filing career. So I’m now seeking out the opportunity to become a caregiver to young children. It would be my pleasure to be able to help a family with childcare. I am certified with up to date CPR training and first aid.
