I first starting watching children 20 yrs ago with siblings, family, etc. I finally made it my career about 10 yrs ago when I came to terms with the fact that it's really what I love to do. I feel my strengths are watching infants through early preschool ages, but I am comfortable with kiddos of all ages. One thing I really love is seeing a kiddo learn something for the first time(ie, a word, letter, step, ,etc) and basically start to reach their milestones. They succeeded with my help- we did it together! I feel that with consistency, patience, persistence & love anything can be achieved. I also feel that with 100% communication between families & care provider a healthy bond is created that benefits children in so many ways, including learning faster, trust & content happiness. I've seen it! 😁It does take a village to raise a child! What I love most in kiddo's is their innocence, happiness, & their desire for love & attention.
