As a nanny with years of experience, I help families of all shapes and sizes. I have many references to share. Nannying is a lifestyle for me. I care for children (and our furry friends) with patience, adaptability, and creativity. I provide a balance between structure and flexibility. This is easy for me after years of practice! I am asked 'why nanny?'. I stepped away from my Managing Partner and high-level executive roles because as I succeeded in a fast paced, competitive environment, enjoyed leading teams and making strategic decisions, and thrived financially, I considered what motivates me. I found two nanny positions and now I can't imagine not working with children as my career. It aligns better with my values and is meaningful work. I make a significant difference and give support during children's formative years. This is immensely fulfilling.
