I am an experienced Church Youth Group Volunteer for 5+ years, with 2 year old's and up. I have also babysat 5 kids at once. I am great with kids and they always end up liking me. I am great with little direction and can help keep house rules while I am there. I do not discipline, that is a parents job, I only use verbal warnings and time out, I also give parents a report after each time about child's activity's, food and drink intake, and behavior of the child. I am great with one-two kids, and good with three.
