Energetic, Experienced Caregiver Delivering Balanced Care Through Play, Exploration, and Calm
I am seeking a full-time caregiving position that offers a mutually beneficial arrangement for both families. I am primarily looking for a live-out position, though I am open to discussing a live-in option for the right fit.
I am a parent and would need a family that is open to me bringing my children along, and ideally sees this as a social and developmental benefit, not as “paying for my kids to be present.” My children are respectful, well-socialized, and comfortable in group care environments.
I have extensive experience caring for children as an Au Pair, babysitter, nanny, and teacher. I am energetic and enjoy providing children with the exercise, stimulation, and engagement they need, while also being intentional about balancing active play with calm, structured downtime.
My children and I are active in the community, enjoy outings and hands-on activities, and also value slower-paced time at home. I focus on creating a nurturing, balanced environment that supports emotional regulation, independence, and connection.
Position Details:
• Caregiving only (child-focused responsibilities)
• Full-time availability
• Live-out preferred; live-in option possible for the right family
• Family open to caregiver bringing children as a positive social dynamic
Compensation:
• Minimum $27/hour, depending on scope of care
• W-2 employee position
