Play Time Academy is a licensed in-home childcare program providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We offer a small-group setting with individualized attention and hands-on learning through art, story time, music, outdoor play, sensory activities, and more. Our daily activities help children build social, emotional, language, motor, and early learning skills while still having plenty of time to simply be kids. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided. Full-time, part-time, and drop-in care are available.
Play Time Academy is owned and operated by Charisma, a dedicated childcare provider with over 14 years of experience caring for and teaching young children. I believe children learn best through play, hands-on activities, exploration, and loving guidance. As a small in-home childcare program, I’m able to provide each child with personal attention while helping them build confidence, independence, friendships, and important skills they will carry with them into school and beyond.
Play Time Academy is a licensed in-home childcare program located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Balch Springs, conveniently serving families in Balch Springs, Mesquite, and the surrounding area. We are located near the Lake June, Bruton, and Hickory Tree area with convenient access to major roadways.
Our childcare space is clean, comfortable, and designed especially for young children. We have dedicated areas for learning, art and creative activities, reading and story time, imaginative play, and rest. Children also have opportunities for outdoor play and hands-on activities in a warm, home-like environment.
