Mariam is a kind, loving, and experienced childcare provider who looked after my daughter from 8 months to 1.5 years. Mariam was very patient with my baby and taught her how to take a bottle and nap in the crib. Major milestones were accomplished thanks to Mariam! I was referred ...Read moreto Mariam through several co-workers who all had their babies at Mariam’s at different times. Everyone raved about her being the most loving and kindest person they knew. I am so thankful for Mariam. I could drop my baby off and feel 100% certain she was safe, being held, nurtured, and loved while I was at work. It really made returning to work easy!

I met Mariam about 7 years ago through a fellow colleague who had been taking her daughter to Mariam for a couple of years. I toured her home daycare and saw the children and how they interacted together and with Mariam. It was such a comfortable, calm and happy environment.
At ...Read morethe time my son was 9 months old and I just wanted someone who was going to make him feel safe and loved. Mariam was the most loving and caring person. She made time for each child and was sure they were fully cared for. She cooked them food and created a quiet, dark quiet room for the different nap schedules.
Mariam was formerly an educator in Libya. At the time we met her she had hired another caregiver and she spent a portion of her day working through a pre-school curriculum with her older students. As we were with her longer, children moved on and she had a younger group, so she did not continue with the pre-school teaching. However, she is very qualified in this area as well. My older son learned his alphabet at just 2 years old with Mariam and so many other milestones with words, crawling and walking.
We stayed with Mariam until my younger son was 1 year old when we moved to a care center closer to my work. It was very difficult to say goodbye to Mariam and her daughters. They were such an important part of both my and my boys' lives. I would highly recommend her for care of children of any age!
